Serendio, the leading customer experience analytics provider, has released its Q4, 2010 BankInsight research report showing that bank sentiments turned positive this quarter. American Express showed most improvement in both share of voice and positive sentiments taking the top spot in Q4 study. Citibank was the only other bank that made it to Quadrant I (most desirable quadrant with high share of voice and positive sentiments) and showed a lot of improvement from last quarter.

Serendio, the leading customer experience analytics provider, has released its Q3 2010 BankInsight research report showing Bank of America had the highest overall Share of Voice with almost 50% of all banking conversations on the Web including all of the social media. On the other hand, Wells Fargo led with the highest overall Net Perception Score at nearly +54. The Net Perception Score, a measure of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, provides an indicator of consumer sentiment toward brands, products and features.
