Our Smart Connector architecture supports the integration of a wide range of content sources – internal/enterprise sources and external/web sources, multiple document formats – xml, html, doc, rtf, PDF, xls and txt, and both structured and unstructured forms of content.

Within an organization, we can tap into surveys, opinion polls, call center narratives, chat/email exchanges. We also integrate with a wide variety of social media such as blogs, forums, review sites, Q&A sites, news media, audio and video sites.
